About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to work on Medicaid Regulatory Solutions, focusing on healthcare payer platforms and regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities • Implement regulatory or business-rule changes within healthcare payer platforms • Work with Medicaid and Medicare health-plan processes • Provide production support and root-cause analysis Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets • Java/J2EE engineering and programming skills • Experience with IBM DataStage and Talend or comparable ETL technologies • Strong understanding of Medicaid managed-care operations and state-specific regulatory requirements • Experience with SQL, databases, batch processing, APIs/interfaces and data integration • Strong debugging and production support skills • Ability to interpret business/regulatory requirements and convert them into technical solutions
