About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with healthcare domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development skills, experience with healthcare/PBM platforms, and expertise in modern application architecture and production support. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise Java applications • Develop REST APIs and microservices for healthcare platforms • Troubleshoot critical incidents and perform root-cause analysis • Modernize legacy applications using Java/Spring architectures • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices • Experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, or related healthcare platforms • Knowledge of cloud-native applications, distributed systems, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases • Experience with containers, CI/CD practices, and application modernization • Strong knowledge of automated testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices
