About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in the MMIS Domain to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and debugging software systems and applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications • Participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design • Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements • Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs • Create technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements • Serve as a technical expert on development projects • Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation • Create and maintain documentation for software functionality, project planning, evaluations, budgeting, feedbacks, and improvements • Provide estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates, and meeting expectations • Minimize risk, prepare for risk mitigation, and keep projects on track • Manage user requirements and provide timely project updates • Analyze codes to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed • Provide feedback for performance appraisals of team members Requirements • 7+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years of working experience as a Java developer • Experience with user interface design • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest • Excellent troubleshooting skills
