About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at Division of Health & Human Services (DHHS). This role requires extensive experience with Java technologies and enterprise application development. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Core Java, Java EE, and related technologies • Implement RESTful web services and ensure security standards are met • Work with PostgreSQL databases and PL/pgSQL • Utilize AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines • Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure compliance Requirements • 15+ years of experience with Java Core, Java EE, JPA, and JPQL • 5+ years of experience with Java Server Faces (JSF) / PrimeFaces • 10+ years of experience with PostgreSQL SQL and PL/pgSQL • 5+ years of experience with Cloud Computing / AWS • 5+ years of experience developing Java RESTful Web Services • Knowledge and application of WCAG accessibility guidelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with JUnit, Arquillian, or similar testing frameworks • Selenium automated testing • Apache JMeter or similar load-testing tools • Database Schema Design • EMSA experience
