About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our client's development team in Madison, WI. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and Angular • Work with Apache Kafka, Redis, and messaging queues • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews • Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Requirements • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA • Advanced Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, and messaging queues • Experience developing RESTful APIs and OpenAPI documentation • Strong knowledge of relational databases • Unit testing using JUnit and Playwright • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with Boomi and middleware platforms • Understanding of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards • Experience with AI-enabled development tools
