About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Madison, WI. This is a long-term contract position requiring extensive experience with Java technologies and related frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 8–21 • Implement Spring Boot applications with 8+ years of experience • Design and consume REST APIs and Web Services • Work with Kafka, Redis, and Messaging Queues • Utilize Angular 21 for frontend development • Manage Oracle and Relational Database systems • Write unit tests using JUnit and Playwright • Apply AI Prompts and MCP skills Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Java development • 8+ years with Spring Boot • 8+ years with REST APIs and Web Services • 5+ years with Kafka, Redis, and Messaging Queues • 5+ years with Angular 21 • 8+ years with Oracle and Relational DB • 5+ years with JUnit and Playwright • 1+ year with AI Prompts and MCP • Madison, WI local candidates or willing to relocate • Two rounds of in-person interviews required • Real-time photo required for interview submission
