About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with expertise in Java to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable applications using Java, React, APIs, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java, React, APIs, and cloud platforms • Translate business requirements into technical designs using OOP, design patterns, and AI solutions • Write SQL queries using Oracle and SQL Server • Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins • Apply TDD, functional testing, performance benchmarking, and code reviews • Maintain front-end/back-end systems, APIs, infrastructure, and application performance • Troubleshoot production incidents, meet SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement monitoring and logging • Manage change records, rollback plans, security controls, MFA, certificates, vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance • Support audits, data protection, backup/recovery testing, and configuration hardening • Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation • Mentor peers and collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, stakeholders, and business partners • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog refinement, and PI planning • Provide technical guidance on effort estimation, risks, trade-offs, accessibility, and application reliability Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant product development experience beyond degree • Strong proficiency in Java and React • Experience with cloud platforms, end-to-end application development, OOP, and UI/UX collaboration
