About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience to join a team in New York City. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies • Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design • Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Java development • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices • Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and enterprise applications • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills Mandatory Requirements • Local candidates only: Must currently reside in the NYC metropolitan area • Visa: H1B candidates only • Interview: Must be available for a face-to-face interview
