About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join StoneX Financials. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable Java microservices on cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Develop and deploy scalable Java microservices on cloud platforms • Collaborate with the team on technical requirements • Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews Requirements • 5+ years of experience in J2EE • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks • Experience with RESTful API design and development • Familiarity with relational databases and ORM tools • Knowledge of version control systems • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools • Understanding of containerization and cloud platforms Preferred Skills • Experience with microservices architecture • Familiarity with messaging systems • Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
