About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with mandatory healthcare domain experience to join an Agile team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for enterprise applications • Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Build RESTful APIs and event-driven systems • Develop and implement cloud-native applications on AWS • Design and implement workflow automation solutions using BPM platforms • Build digital workflows, business rules, human tasks, case management, and process orchestration • Drive application modernization and enterprise integration initiatives • Lead architecture and code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor developers • Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance Requirements • 12+ years of experience as a Java Developer • Mandatory healthcare domain experience • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices • Experience with AWS cloud platform • Knowledge of BPM platforms and workflow automation • Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven systems • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modernization initiatives
