About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on development experience along with proven technical leadership capabilities in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Java applications. • Architect and develop Microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and REST APIs. • Drive technical design discussions and perform architecture reviews. • Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs using AWS CloudWatch and monitoring tools. • Monitor production applications and provide root cause analysis for incidents. • Identify and implement permanent solutions for recurring production issues. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Mentor offshore development teams and provide technical leadership. • Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements. • Support application deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes. • Participate in Agile development ceremonies and project planning activities. Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and support. • 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, MySQL, and AWS & Production Support. • Experience with AWS log analysis and monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Application Logs, Monitoring Dashboards. • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. • Application architecture and design experience. • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms. • Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline Creation and Management, Release and Deployment Processes. • Strong hands-on experience with Java Streams, Lambda Expressions, Collections Framework, Performance Tuning, and SQL Query Optimization.
