About the Role We are looking for a skilled Java Developer Trainer to conduct online training sessions and help learners develop strong Java programming skills. Key Responsibilities • Conduct online training sessions on Core Java and object-oriented programming (OOP). • Explain Java concepts with practical examples and hands-on coding exercises. • Guide learners through coding assignments, debugging, and problem-solving. • Help learners understand exception handling, collections, multithreading, and Java fundamentals. • Resolve queries and assess learners’ progress. Requirements • Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts. • Good understanding of Java Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading. • Strong coding and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.
