About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong Java programming skills and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related Java frameworks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities • Follow software development best practices and coding standards Requirements • Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming (OOP) • Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture • Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Understanding of Git and version control • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Candidates must be physically located in the United States • No C2C (Corp-to-Corp) arrangements
