About the Role We are looking for an experienced React.js / Next.js Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Web Components to design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Develop reusable components, custom hooks, and shared UI libraries. • Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendering (CSR) using Next.js. • Develop and integrate Web Components for reusable and framework-independent UI elements. • Work with custom elements, Shadow DOM, HTML templates, and browser APIs. • Build scalable front-end architectures and optimize application performance. • Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with React.js and Next.js applications. • Collaborate with Java backend developers to integrate Spring Boot microservices. • Work with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO. • Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or React Query. • Optimize applications for SEO, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance. • Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and backend engineering teams. Requirements • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Experience with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Knowledge of Web Components, custom elements, and Shadow DOM. • Understanding of server-side rendering, static site generation, and client-side rendering. • Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services integration. • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, Context API, or React Query. • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. • Familiarity with Node.js, npm, and yarn. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, and frontend build optimization.
