About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular and proven experience delivering large-scale software projects for banking/financial services clients. This role requires working across architecture, application development, technical leadership, and delivery, with strong knowledge of modern AI/GenAI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design scalable, secure, high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Angular • Lead architecture, development, technical decisions, and end-to-end project delivery across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments • Drive application modernization, performance optimization, security, coding standards, CI/CD, and best practices • Evaluate and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications • Mentor developers and architects, conduct code reviews and POCs, and collaborate with business and banking clients Requirements • 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and design patterns • Strong Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and reusable component development skills • Experience with SQL databases, messaging, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and application security • Knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-enabled applications • Proven banking/financial services experience with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Preferred Skills • AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps • Experience in enterprise modernization and digital transformation • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks
