About the Role We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on experience in React, Java, Spring Boot, authentication, and enterprise application development. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive UIs with React.js, focusing on accessibility and performance optimization • Build backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs • Implement authentication protocols including SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect • Work with relational and graph databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization • Utilize workflow engines like Flowable or Activiti • Implement monitoring solutions using Splunk and perform log analysis • Apply AI-assisted development practices for code quality, unit testing, and secure coding Requirements • Strong full-stack development experience with Java and React • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain projects, technical decisions, and hands-on contributions • Experience with enterprise authentication, APIs, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
