About the Role We are looking for a strong Senior/Lead Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end Java full-stack solutions • Build scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot and REST APIs • Develop responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies • Design and integrate cloud-native solutions on AWS • Develop and support workflow orchestration using AWS Step Functions • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding/design best practices • Optimize backend, database and frontend performance • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA and operations teams • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design decisions • Ensure applications meet security, privacy and compliance standards • Prepare technical documentation including design specifications and integration details Requirements ✅ Java / J2EE / REST API Development ✅ AWS Cloud ✅ AWS Step Functions ✅ Spring Boot & Microservices ✅ Enterprise application development ✅ Full-stack development experience ✅ Strong troubleshooting, design and code-review experience Preferred • Kafka / event-driven architecture • Docker / CI/CD • Angular or React • Cloud-native application development • Enterprise architecture and security practices
