About the Role We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with a delivery focus to join our team. This role involves leading end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications and coordinating development, testing, and deployment across teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications • Coordinate development, testing, and deployment across teams • Drive technical design, code reviews, and release quality • Limited hands-on coding (approximately 10%); primary focus on technical delivery and coordination Requirements • 12-15 years of experience • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices • Frontend experience with Angular or React • Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems • Experience with messaging platforms: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ • Cloud-native technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Strong SQL and Oracle database experience • Experience with Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, and Liquibase • Strong understanding of architecture, system design, and performance optimization
