About the Role We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with experience developing modern backend systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications • Build and support backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions • Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Participate in system design and architecture discussions. Requirements • 10+ years of professional experience in Java development • Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Strong knowledge of Hibernate / JPA • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) • Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
