About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on development experience, and a passion for collaborative engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software solutions using Java and other technologies • Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Extreme Programming (XP) practices • Work with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins for automated deployment • Participate in pair programming and collaborative software development Requirements • 15+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience with Java or Python • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Understanding of Extreme Programming (XP) practices • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins Preferred Qualifications • Spring Framework • JavaScript / TypeScript • React
