About the Role We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a 6-month contract position in Omaha, NE. This role involves designing and developing microservices to support integration between SaaS Claims platforms and on-premises applications. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the design and writing of microservices interfaces between SaaS Claims application and on-prem services • Utilize Customer standard CDK and development practices • Design and develop Java Spring Boot microservices to support integration between SaaS Claims platforms and on-premises applications • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and MuleSoft endpoints for secure and scalable data exchange • Develop and support event-driven integrations utilizing Kafka for asynchronous messaging • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-native solutions within AWS • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders • Create and execute unit and functional tests to ensure application quality Requirements • Experience with Java 8/11/17/21 and Spring Boot • Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Jenkins • Experience with AWS Cloud, Mulesoft/Kafka, and Generative AI Fundamentals • Understanding of GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot • 10+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer
