About the Role We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team for a 12+ month contract. This role involves designing and developing microservices to support integration between SaaS Claims platforms and on-premises applications. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the design and writing of microservices interfaces between SaaS Claims application and on-prem services. Utilize Customer standard CDK and development practices. • Design and develop Java Spring Boot microservices to support integration between SaaS Claims platforms and on-premises applications. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and MuleSoft endpoints that enable secure and scalable data exchange. • Develop and support event-driven integrations utilizing Kafka for asynchronous messaging and system communication. • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-native solutions within AWS using approved organizational standards and AWS components. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and contribute to solution design discussions. • Create and execute unit and functional tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and compliance with development standards. Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer • Proficiency in Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs • Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Jenkins • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Mulesoft/Kafka, and Generative AI Fundamentals • Experience with GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot • Strong understanding of Node JS Typescript • Advanced Java Concepts and Groovy - Grails
