About the Role We are hiring for a Java Full-Stack Developer role with 2-10 years of experience. This position requires hands-on full-stack development experience and a strong understanding of Java-based web technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Develop front-end and back-end components using Java technologies • Integrate MVC architecture and ensure seamless frontend/backend integration • Work with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL • Utilize CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum practices Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience • Experience delivering enterprise Java web applications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience with banking or financial services applications is preferred • Knowledge of digital banking, payments, fund transfers, or account servicing • Understanding of transaction lifecycle, banking workflows, and business validations • Familiarity with secure access, audit trails, and sensitive data handling
