About the Role We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications. This role focuses on building backend services, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces while ensuring seamless system integration and high performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies • Design and implement secure, scalable backend services and APIs for integration across insurance and healthcare domains • Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and production readiness • Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization • Identify technical risks, drive mitigation plans, and promote engineering automation and AI tool adoption Requirements • 6 to 12 years total experience (6 to 10 years relevant) • Strong OOP concepts, Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Servlets, JSP, JDBC • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON-based services, and microservices • Knowledge of API integration, enterprise application integration patterns • Practical experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) • Strong knowledge in designing, building, and operating applications on AWS
