About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Principal Software Engineer who can do it all: Java + Angular + AWS. This is a true full stack role, not just backend and not just frontend. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React • Lead technical design and programming efforts • Collaborate with Agile teams and tools • Provide technical leadership and mentorship Requirements • 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React • Extensive design and programming skills in Java and JEE technologies • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, and Express/Node.js • Experience as a hands-on Technical Lead • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Must be willing to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days a week
