About the Role We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable customer profile services and developing Kafka-based event-driven architectures. Key Responsibilities • Design and build scalable customer profile services supporting 400M+ profiles • Implement identity resolution and profile stitching across multiple data sources • Support batch ingestion, incremental processing, and real-time profile updates • Design high-performance APIs for profile retrieval and management • Build data enrichment and profile enhancement pipelines • Implement consent management and compliance controls • Develop Kafka-based event-driven architectures • Implement RBAC • Monitor SLO/SLA • Perform capacity planning and auto-scaling Requirements • Experience in Java Full Stack Development • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms and Enterprise SaaS Platforms • Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, CSS3, Material UI, and Bootstrap • Experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform • Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and Kafka
