About the Role We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support for production systems and ensuring optimal performance. Key Responsibilities • Provide production support for Java applications • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Perform performance tuning and optimization • Monitor applications and analyze logs • Implement alert automation systems Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Java production support • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot • Experience with Angular, JSP, JDBC, and Hibernate • Familiarity with WebSphere, Tomcat, and JBoss • Experience with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL • Knowledge of JUnit, Agile, Design Patterns, and Shell Scripting • Strong technical leadership and communication skills Preferred • Healthcare Claims Processing experience
