About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java/Python Developer with AI expertise to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable backend systems and next-generation AI-powered enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement microservices and REST APIs • Develop distributed systems and cloud-native solutions • Work with event-driven and asynchronous processing • Build generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic AI solutions • Design enterprise AI platforms and system architecture Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Java and Python development • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Experience with AWS, cloud-native, and multi-cloud architecture • Knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous processing • Expertise in generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic AI • Experience with enterprise AI platforms and system design
