About the Role We are seeking a Java Software Developer to join our team. This role involves modifying existing application code, building new components, and maintaining solutions. Key Responsibilities • Modify existing application code or interfaces or build new application components from detailed requirements • Analyze requirements, support design, develop code, test, debug, deploy, and maintain programs and interfaces • Document all work processes and solutions • Participate in programming and application development including file design, update, storage, and retrieval • Maintain developed solutions on an ongoing basis • Formulate concepts and define system scope based on user needs • Enhance processes to resolve operational problems and add new functions • Follow development methodology and coding standards • Guide various groups on application systems activities Requirements • Strong Java development experience • Experience with application development and maintenance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to grasp business concepts and build technical vision • Knowledge of regulatory requirements • Experience with system design and development methodologies
