The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations, ensuring high system reliability, scalability, and performance. 💼 Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end incident management, including troubleshooting and resolution Provide production support and ensure system uptime and stability Collaborate with development teams for Java-based application support and enhancements Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment Monitor systems using observability tools (ELK Stack – Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace for proactive issue detection Manage and support applications on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Drive automation and reliability improvements across systems 🛠️ Required Skills Strong experience in Java development and support Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Jenkins, and Kubernetes Experience with ELK Stack / observability tools Proficiency in monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience in incident handling & production support environments ⭐ Good to Have Experience with Vert.x framework Exposure to Amex (American Express) ecosystem/tools 📢 Why Join Us?
