Site Reliability Engineer

Senior Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps SRE Engineer) innovaDigits is a leading provider of outsourcing services, dedicated to assisting companies across various industries in building and modernizing their digital solutions and infrastructure. We focus on bridging customer and employee experience gaps in today's business-driven world As an SRE / Platform Engineer, you’ll ensure that our applications are reliable, scalable, and observable. You’ll help define and enforce SLAs, build self-healing infrastructure, and automate environments using Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD. This role directly impacts uptime, deploy velocity, and engineering productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, OCI, and container platforms - Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, integrating testing, static analysis, and secure deploy workflows - Automate provisioning and config management using Terraform and Ansible - Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response using Datadog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry, etc. - Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to post-incident reviews - Optimize system performance, cost-efficiency, and resilience across services - Ensure secrets management, role-based IAM, and infrastructure security best practices - Partner with engineers to support developer experience, sandbox environments, and runtime support Expertise Required: - 4:6 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform roles - Experience managing infrastructure in AWS, GCP, OCI, or hybrid environments - Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) - Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and versioned infrastructure workflows - Experience with incident management, SLIs/SLOs, and service health monitoring - Working knowledge of networking, load balancing, and access control (IAM, Secrets Manager) - Ability to troubleshoot systems under pressure and automate to prevent future issues - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience preferred Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Premium Health Insurance. - Access to international conferences and business travel. - Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic setting. - Enjoy team activities, social events, and company trips.
