About the Role We are looking for a Java Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting complex production issues, and collaborating with development teams. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 application support, proactively analyzing, debugging, and resolving technical issues • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis • Contribute to SRE initiatives to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance • Write and debug code when required to resolve application issues • Manage incidents, assess business impact, and coordinate escalations with development teams and management • Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with AppDev teams to resolve recurring issues and drive continuous improvements • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and code snippets • Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and technical teams Requirements • 6–10+ years of experience preferred in L2/L3 Application Support • Strong hands-on Java coding and debugging skills • Solid experience with Unix/Linux environments • Good knowledge of SQL and databases • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
