About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Java Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale microservices solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who combines deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Python with exposure to AI/ML technologies and strong stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities • Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and resilient java-based microservices. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams. • Drive design reviews, coding standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and automation solutions. • Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design through production support. • Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions. Requirements • 10+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices. • Hands-on experience with Python. • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications. • Experience leading technical teams and defining enterprise architectures. • Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
