About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with a strong background in Java development, Stored Procedures, and AWS to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical teams and provide technical guidance • Drive design decisions and application architecture • Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting • Optimize database performance and application performance Requirements • Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development and enterprise application development • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, complex queries, and Stored Procedures • Solid experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development • Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide technical guidance • Experience in application architecture, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of database optimization and application performance • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
