About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java technical lead to join an exciting opportunity in Europe. This role focuses on leading microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot • Lead microservices architecture and RESTful API development • Build secure, high-performance, and resilient applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance • Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Java Development for 10+ years • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA • Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and Hibernate/JPA and relational databases • Understanding of design patterns, OOP, and application architecture • Experience with Git • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proven technical leadership, code review, and team monitoring skills
