About the Role We are seeking an experienced mid-level Java/Curam developer for a 1-year contract with the State of NC. This role requires expertise in business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for NC FAST application development • Act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues • Work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues • Lead functional and detailed requirement development, code development, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions • Participate in functional and detailed design, and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST • Focus on business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cúram • Utilize COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere • Report statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager and adhere to DHHS policies and procedures Requirements • Mid-level experience with Java and Curam programming technologies • Strong background in business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming • Experience with ReactJS, Oracle, XML, Subversion, and WebSphere • Ability to lead functional and detailed requirement development and code development • Familiarity with Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and life cycle management • Knowledge of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), and Cúram Evidence Framework • Understanding of DHHS policies and procedures
