Key Responsibilities • Configure and customize Jira workflows • Manage permission schemes, notification schemes, and custom fields • Implement user management, access control, and security governance • Optimize Jira data schema architecture and performance • Lead enterprise Jira strategy and cloud-to-cloud migrations Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Jira administration • Strong expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem • Advanced knowledge of JQL queries, filters, and dashboards • Experience with Jira REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and integrations • Proven ability to manage enterprise configuration and security
