Junior Graphic Designer

I’m looking for a junior / early-career freelance graphic designer(s) to support me on ongoing projects as i'm reaching a skill/bandwidth wall. You’ll be working with direction from myself, the Fractional Creative Director for multiple clients. Seeking the "junior" level because that's genuinely what my needs are, but I also like the idea of giving someone starting out a real shot! This isn't guaranteed hours, but more of a connection as my go-to person.
