About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Java Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining backend applications using Java and Microservices Architecture. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java • Build backend services using Microservices Architecture • Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge to solve programming challenges • Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code • Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable software solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development • Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance and reliability Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Graduate of a Top 100 U.S. University • GPA: 3.5+ / 4.0 • Strong proficiency in Java • Willingness to support PST working hours Ideal Candidate Recent graduates or early-career Java developers with strong CS fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable backend applications.
