About the Role We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to support server infrastructure, virtualization, backups, and daily system administration operations. Key Responsibilities • Support server infrastructure and virtualization • Manage backups and disaster recovery • Handle DNS, DHCP, DFS, and certificates • Perform server patching, updates, and troubleshooting • Monitor systems and use ticketing systems • Create technical documentation and SOPs Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Junior Systems Administration • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn • Local candidates preferred Important Requirements • This is strictly an onsite role; remote and hybrid candidates will not be considered • Candidates without a local driver's license may be considered if their current project is in the local area • Must be comfortable with occasional travel, after-hours support, and lifting up to 50 lbs
