About the Role We are looking for a Kafka Engineer to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with production administration and proven skills in on-premises-to-AWS MSK migration. Key Responsibilities • Administer Apache Kafka clusters • Implement Kafka Cloud Migration strategies • Utilize Terraform and GitLab CI/CD for infrastructure automation • Monitor and alert using Datadog • Work with Kafka Internals, Mirror Maker 2, and Cluster Linking Requirements • 8–10 years of experience with Apache Kafka • Experience with Cloudera and Confluent Platform • Proficiency in AWS MSK and Kafka Cloud Migration • Knowledge of Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Datadog • Strong understanding of Kafka Internals, Mirror Maker 2, and Cluster Linking • Experience with AWS, Linux, Python, and Bash
