About the Role We are seeking a Kubernetes Platform Architect with AWS expertise to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable Kubernetes architectures. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Kubernetes architecture including control plane, worker nodes, API server, etcd, and resource lifecycle management • Provision, scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Cluster API • Implement GitOps-based deployment models using Flux, Helm, and Kustomize • Ensure Kubernetes security through RBAC, Service Accounts, and policy enforcement • Implement disaster recovery, backup/restore strategies, and high availability architectures Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience and deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) • 10+ years of Infrastructure, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience • Strong experience with Cluster API for Kubernetes cluster management • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes workload management • Strong expertise in Kubernetes networking including CNI, CoreDNS, and Ingress Controllers • Experience implementing GitOps-based deployment models • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes security and observability platforms • Experience with persistent storage technologies including CSI drivers • Proven experience implementing disaster recovery and high availability architectures • Strong troubleshooting skills across Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure components
