About the Role We are looking for a Kubernetes Systems Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing production Kubernetes environments and designing complex deployments. Key Responsibilities • Manage production Kubernetes environments, including cluster scaling, RBAC, network plugins, and storage • Design complex deployments using Helm and GitOps controllers • Implement and manage service meshes for MTLS and advanced traffic shaping • Conduct container vulnerability scanning and enforce policies using OPA Gatekeeper or Kyverno Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering • 2+ years of experience in a heavily containerized environment • Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster scaling, RBAC, network plugins, and storage • Proven track record of designing complex deployments using Helm and GitOps controllers • Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their managed Kubernetes offerings • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash) • Strong grasp of Linux system administration, TCP/IP networking, DNS, and load balancing principles Benefits • Competitive hourly rate on C2C basis
