About the Role Hexowat Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced L1 End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer for an onsite IT support assignment in Macaé, Brazil. This role requires delivering efficient end-user support and maintaining smooth workplace IT operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide onsite L1 desktop and end-user IT support • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops and peripheral devices • Resolve basic hardware, software and connectivity issues • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and user applications • Assist with device installation, configuration and maintenance • Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalations • Maintain incident updates and service documentation Requirements • Relevant experience in EUC / Desktop Support • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills • Basic networking and hardware support knowledge • Available for scheduled onsite visits in Macaé • Ready for immediate onboarding
