About the Role We are looking for an experienced L2 Cloud Support Engineer for a W2 contract position. This role involves supporting cloud infrastructure and managing incidents. Key Responsibilities • Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure including Compute, Networking, and Storage • Administer Virtual Machines, VNets, Load Balancers, and App Services • Handle Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity management • Maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure, VPNs, and Express Route • Perform VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server administration • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation • Monitor Azure security and compliance • Manage L2 incident, problem, and change management Requirements • Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure • Knowledge of Compute, Networking, and StorageAzure • Familiarity with Virtual Machines, VNets, Load Balancers, and App Services • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory • Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure, VPNs, and Express Route • Proficiency in VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server administration • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills • Experience with Azure monitoring, security, and compliance • Ability to manage L2 incident, problem, and change management • Local candidates to Westerville, OH preferred
