About the Role We are seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing advanced support for business-critical applications and resolving complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities • Provide L3 production support for business-critical applications • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents • Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence • Troubleshoot applications built using Java, React, Next.js, and Redux • Work with Gradle for build management and dependency troubleshooting • Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Support teams • Monitor application performance and ensure system stability • Maintain incident documentation, SOPs, and Knowledge Base articles • Provide on-call support during non-working hours and weekends Requirements • 5+ years of experience in L3 Application/Production Support • Strong working knowledge of Java and Gradle • Experience with React, Next.js, and Redux • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis skills • Ability to manage critical production incidents and work under pressure • Good communication and collaboration skills
