About the Role We are looking for a Lead AI Enablement Engineer to join our team at MatrixIFS. This role focuses on transforming software engineering with AI coding tools, LLMs, and autonomous AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Build and scale AI-assisted software development workflows • Develop reusable agent instructions, tools, integrations and reference implementations • Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines, testing and release processes • Build AI assistants, knowledge agents and RAG-powered applications • Improve developer productivity, code quality and delivery efficiency through measurable AI adoption Requirements • 7+ years of software engineering experience • Hands-on experience implementing AI coding agents and LLM-powered workflows • Strong understanding of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Warp, Cursor, GitHub Copilot • Experience with agentic AI, agent orchestration, MCP, tool calling • Knowledge of LLM platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, C# or .NET • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI assistants • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD, automated testing • Understanding of AI quality and governance, sandboxed execution, security, validation and observability
