About the Role We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to lead AI strategy and development for agentic AI and generative AI solutions. This role involves designing scalable architectures and driving end-to-end product development. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI strategy and collaborate with business and leadership teams • Design and implement scalable Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures • Build enterprise AI frameworks, reusable accelerators, and GenAI platforms • Drive end-to-end AI product development using Python, APIs, databases, and middleware • Implement RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows • Optimize AI performance, infrastructure costs, scalability, and reliability • Establish LLMOps/MLOps best practices, monitoring, observability, and CI/CD • Mentor engineering teams and define technical standards and architectural roadmaps Requirements • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model evaluation • Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals • Experience with backend development, REST APIs, middleware, SQL, and service-based architectures • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support • Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills
