About the Role We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to build enterprise AI solutions and integrate agentic AI into the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Build enterprise AI solutions • Integrate agentic AI into the software development lifecycle • Orchestrate AI agents to improve enterprise engineering productivity • Modernize software delivery Requirements • Hands-on experience with agentic AI and multi-agent systems • Experience with generative AI and large language models • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Familiarity with AI harnesses and AI-First SDLC • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Skills in prompt engineering • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Cloud-Native .NET / C# • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira integration • Understanding of AI-driven requirements, coding, testing, and documentation • Knowledge of AI governance, quality, and reusable engineering frameworks
