About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-based AI solutions within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-based AI solutions in healthcare • Integrate Generative AI applications • Lead technical solutions combining healthcare expertise with cloud engineering Requirements • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience • Recent healthcare/EHR experience with deep Epic expertise • Epic certification strongly preferred • Experience with Generative AI application development or integration • Microsoft Azure cloud architecture; AWS/GCP experience is a plus • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM • CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins • Docker, Kubernetes, Git, APIs, and microservices • Observability, application monitoring, and secure software delivery Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader who combines Epic healthcare expertise with cloud engineering, DevOps, and Generative AI integration to build reliable enterprise solutions.
